• Applications must be submitted for approval by October 4, 2024. You will be notified by email if you are approved to participate. You will receive further instructions at that time and will have to submit your Vendor Fee of $20 no later than October 11, 2024 either via PayPal (the link will be sent to you) or by mail to: Jill Peveto, 1616 Winnie, Galveston, TX 77550.
• Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors must supply all desired items for set up (canopy, weights, tables, chairs, etc.).
• Vendors may begin set up 7:00 am and should be in place by 9:00 am. No sales should take place prior to 9:00 am.
• The Fall Garden Tour will close at 4:00 pm. Vendors may not begin to dismantle before this time without prior approval from the Fall Garden Tour Chairperson.
• Vendors are responsible for thoroughly cleaning their area and removing all trash off site. Vendor areas must be completely cleared and cleaned by 6:00 pm.
• Vendors are solely responsible for State of Texas sales tax requirements. Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit should be displayed during Arts and Craft Show hours.
• Vendors are solely responsible for any and all city, county, state and federal rules/laws that pertain to their particular products.
•  Any dispute or failure to follow policies should be brought to the attention of the Fall Garden Tour’s Chairperson.
